Parent and Family Drug Support service provides FREE Support Groups and Programs for anyone affected by someone else’s alcohol and or drug use.
Support Groups and Programs are facilitated by parents and or family members with a lived experience who are trained to facilitate the support groups and programs offering hope and understanding. Their role is to guide participants in a way that ensures everyone feels heard, respected and empowered.

- Participation is FREE
- Each session runs for 1.5 hours
- Support groups are for those aged 18 and over
- There is no need to book, simply turn up 5 minutes before the group starts
- Support groups are available online via Zoom as well as face-to-face in various locations.
- Program - Six STEPS
- Participation is FREE
- If you register, we ask that you commit to attend the full six weeks as practicably possible
- Each session runs for 2 hours
- Six STEPS is for those aged 18 and over
- Registration is required
- Program is available online via Zoom as well as face-to-face in various locations.
